Derylene’s Lawn Maintenance LLC, is a community-centered landscaping company committed to service excellence and youth development. While delivering professional landscaping and raid response leaf removal – particularly during hurricane season we also invest directly in underserved youth.
Through our paid summer employment program, we serve youth ages 12-18 in low-income housing communities by providing hands-on work experience, mentorship, and character development. Participants learn practical job skills while building values such as integrity, accountability and community responsibility.

She began with hands-on experience and steadily grew her expertise, bringing professional, dependable lawn care services to Tampa. Derlyn believes in a client-first approach, combining knowledge, skill, and dedication to ensure every lawn she maintains thrives.
